Kyoto, My Second Home

Hi! I’m Ali.
I’ve been living in Japan since 2020, and today I call Kyoto my home.

When I first arrived in Japan, everything felt surreal.
I still remember stepping out of the airport—tired, nervous, and excited—and thinking:
“I’m really in Japan… this is the beginning.”

The signs were in a language I barely understood, the trains were silent, people were unbelievably polite, and there were vending machines everywhere. Even buying a SIM card felt like a challenge. I got lost more than once, made funny mistakes, and questioned if I could really adapt.

But step by step, Japan stopped feeling foreign…
and slowly became home.

🌸 What I Do Now

Today, I work in inventory management and also take on freelance projects.
In my free time, I help people who want to come to Japan—because I know exactly how confusing the process can be.

🎯 Why I Created This Site

When I started, I couldn’t find one place with clear and honest information about:

  • Visas
  • Language schools
  • Daily life in Japan

So I had to learn everything the hard way.

This website is everything I wish I had when I first came to Japan.

Here, I share:

  • Real experiences (not just theory)
  • Step-by-step visa and school guidance
  • Honest tips that no one tells you
  • What daily life in Japan is actually like
  • What I learned through success—and mistakes

💬 My Philosophy

Even after 5 years in Japan, I’m still learning every single day.
Japan can be challenging, surprising, and incredibly rewarding.
It’s not a perfect journey—but it’s a meaningful one.

This site isn’t just information.
It’s a shared journey.

🤝 Let’s Connect

I’ll be adding a direct way to contact me soon.
Until then, feel free to leave a comment or follow along with the blog.

If you dream of living or studying in Japan, you’re in the right place.
I started just like you.
And now, I’m here to help.

Let’s explore Japan—side by side.
